Alchemist & Barrister
28 Witherspoon St, Princeton, Princeton,
This place can be a lot of fun for a group of friends or coworkers. Great bar/brewery food with a wide selection of beers. Even without a large group, I've stopped here for some casual drinks to meet up with friends I haven't seen in a while and it's always been lively enough to provide a festive mood without being so loud to drown out converation.

Hunan Chinese Restaurant
1225 Route 206, Princeton, Princeton,
Hunan is usually quiet inside but the food is just average. The proprietors try to cover this by giving you large amounts of food but it's just average. Mrs. Chow's is better by far. As another option Ya Ya Noodles.

Karen's Chinese Restaurant
36 Witherspoon St, Princeton, Princeton,
Karen's Chinese Restaurant is as average as you can get. The food is certainly better quality than your run of the mill greasy inner-city Chinese joint, but far from fine dining. Karen's offers a standard menu, with average food, and average prices. Dress is casual. Lots of tables, so you won't have to wait for a seat. Nothing fancy as far a dining room, dim lighting. If you're looking for decent Chinese food stop in, if you're looking for great Chinese food go to Tiger Noodles on Nassau Street or Sunny Garden on Rt 1 next to Princeton Market Fair. BYOB.

Lahiere's Restaurant
11 Witherspoon St, Princeton, Princeton,
The food used to be much better. The last two times both food and service were poor quality. An older lady was serving our lunch and was very unfriendly. We are not going there any time soon. Actually the place was bare. I guess many patrons feel the same way.
